The seventh command is, "you shall not commit adultery". This commandment is about sexual purity, faithfulness and the protection of godly family life. It addresses a whole range of issues in society, in the home and in our thought life. Ultimately it calls us to look to the only one, Jesus Christ, who is completely pure, and who can wash us and make us new and make us part of his spotless bride on the last day.
